BACON JAM PIZZA

This bacon jam pizza is rich and full of bold bacon flavor. We use our salty-sweet homemade bacon jam, layer it with mozzarella and brie cheese, then bake it until golden. It's easy to make with only 4 ingredients, and it's ready in just 25 minutes!

Preheat your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Form the pizza dough into a round crust on a baking sheet.

Sprinkle the mozzarella over the top then spread the bacon jam on top.

Place the slices of brie cheese on top of the bacon jam, arranging them so that each slice of pizza will have one piece of brie cheese.

Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and cooked through. Let the pizza rest for 5 minutes before slicing it into 8 pieces.
