Ingredients

  • 1 ripe frozen banana, peeled*
  • 1 large mango, peeled and seed removed
  • ΒΌ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 cup coconut milk

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy!

Notes

If you don’t have a very ripe banana, or if you have a big sweet tooth, you can add a teaspoon of honey to give it extra sweetness.
