I want to make this but I’m keto and I’m trying to understand how it’s 26 carbs and 9 grams of sugar per serving? Even with the veggies it should be nowhere near that. Thanks in advance for clarifying.
I just ran the recipe through our nutritional calculator again and got the same result. There’s 105 total carbs (in the whole recipe) and the come from the veggies and peanut butter. But there is 8 grams of fiber so only 18 grams of net carbs. Hope that helps!
