Description

This orange creamsicle smoothie is similar to an Orange Julius and. It’s made with a whole orange, orange juice, yogurt, and a banana for a breakfast drink that is as healthy as it is delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 large navel orange
  • 1 large frozen banana
  • ¼ cup plain yogurt (preferably thick, Greek-style yogurt)
  • ¼ cup orange juice (can sub water)

Instructions

Place the ingredients into your blender and blend on high until smooth and frothy.
