Homemade butter is very easy to make and so much better than store-bought.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Beat cream until milk and fat separate.
  2. Rinse under cold water until water runs clear.
  3. Enjoy!

Notes

The liquid that you drain off is fresh buttermilk. It’s delicious to drink as is or to save for another recipe.
