Love smoothies? Then you’re going to love this smoothie bowl! It’s packed full of healthy, good for you fruits and veggies to start your day the right way.



The smoothie:

  • 2 medium frozen bananas
  • 1 cup water or milk (any kind of milk works well)
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 kiwi
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter (or sub 1/4 ripe avocado)
  • Optional: 2 dates, pitted

The toppings:

  • Unsweetened coconut
  • Chai seeds
  • Pomegranate arils
  • Sliced banana
  • Sliced kiwi
  • Hemp seeds
  • Chopped almonds
  • Berries
  • Granola


  1. Place all the smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with any or all of the toppings. Happy breakfast!
