This light and refreshing fresh mint mojito will leave a minty tingle on your tongue. It’ll have you dreaming of beaches and warm Cuban nights.
- 10 mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2-ounce fresh lime juice
- 2 ounces white rum
- Soda, to top
- Place the mint leaves and sugar in the bottom of a glass and muddle with a spoon to release the oils from the mint.
- Add the lime juice and rum and top with soda.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy!
