Italian Cauliflower is a delicious roasted cauliflower recipe. It’s a versatile recipe you’ll want to keep on hand as it goes well with so many main dishes. With only 5 minutes of prep, you can pop this into your oven. So easy!



  • 3 lb cauliflower, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • Juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4 cup pesto, to serve (homemade, dairy-free, or store-bought)


  1. Preheat you oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Toss the cauliflower with the olive oil, Italian seasoning, and sea salt. Put it onto a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 30 minutes, tossing halfway through.
  3. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon over the cauliflower and serve with the pesto on the side.
