This lemon buttermilk dressing is light, creamy, and tangy. It’s a delicious salad dressing recipe that goes well with broccoli coleslaw or your favorite greens.



  • 3/4 cup buttermilk
  • 2 lemons, zest and juice
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (NOT Miracle Whip!)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 garlic clove, very finely minced


  1. Add all the ingredients to a medium-sized bowl and whisk together.
  2. Keeps well for a week in your fridge. Shake before using.
